Camping Pods at Deer’s Glade
The original glamping experience
Our Camping Pods are situated with our Mega Pods surrounded by nature in a private ancient woodland at the Deer’s Glade holiday park. Camping Pods provide accommodation for a family of up to five people, or four adults.
Camping Pods offer guests the freedom of camping in the countryside but with more protection from the elements in a wooden structure complete with electricity, heater, TV, and carpeting. Shower & WC pods are also within the secluded woodland for the sole use of Mega and Camping pod guests. Each Camping Pod includes its own private outside space, complete with decking, a wood chip yard, a picnic table, a BBQ plinth, and a fire pit.
NOTE: Guests will need to bring camping equipment including sleeping bags. Due to the location, you are unable to park next to the pod. However, the car park is only a 2-minute walk from the furthest pod, The Willow.

Yes, we do. We have five Luxury Glamping Retreats each with an electric hot tub. Two Mega Pods include wood-fired hot tubs. The Retreats include dressing gowns for use during your stay. Three of the Stargazer Bell Tents also have electric hot tubs.
Luxury Glamping Retreats have their own parking. Bell Tents and the Shepherd’s Hut have an allocated car park area and so do the Mega and Standard Camping Pods.
The Mega Pods include a WC and wash basin only. There are shower and WC pods for the private use of our glamping guests. These are positioned at both the Stargazer Bell Tents and the woodland Mega Pods. The Luxury Glamping Retreats include shower rooms.
The wood-fire hot tubs will be filled for your arrival. We light the first fire to keep the chimney clear and to begin the heating process. However, the fire will need stoking on arrival to get it fully up to temperature for use. As there are no chemicals added to this style of hot tub, the water needs to be changed depending on length or stay. Hot tub information will be available in your welcome pack, however, if anything is unclear please speak to reception.
We provide bedding and towels at both the Luxury Glamping Retreats and the Mega Pods.

The Luxury Glamping Pods include a toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave. Standard utensils, cutlery, and crockery. BBQ utensils. Salt and pepper. Milk, tea, and coffee. Basic washing up equipment. Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and 2 toilet rolls.
Stargazer Bell Tents include a sink, fridge, oven, and electric hob. A toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave. Standard utensils, cutlery, and crockery. BBQ utensils.
Mega Pods include a kettle, fridge, and microwave. Standard utensils, cutlery, and crockery. BBQ utensils. Milk, tea, and coffee and 2 toilet rolls.
Yes, the Mega Pods include decking, picnic table, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ.
The Luxury Glamping Retreats include a hot tub, decking, private wood-chip garden, fire pit, picnic table and an outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ. There's also access to a fishing swim (Lakeside Retreats Only).
