Our Glamping Mega Pods, The Ash, The Beech, The Oak, and The Willow, are situated with our Camping Pods surrounded by nature in a private woodland at the Deer’s Glade holiday park. The Oak and The Willow include a wood-fired hot tub. Each pod provides accommodation for a family of four including a double bed and pull-out futon.
The Mega Pods offer guests a cosy, comfortable glamping experience where you can enjoy the feeling of being close to nature, while still enjoying some home comforts like a comfy bed, TV, kitchenette, en-suite toilet, wash basin, and heater. Shower and WC pods are also within the secluded woodland for sole use by pod guests. Each Mega Pod includes its own private outside space, complete with decking, a wood chip yard, a picnic table, a BBQ plinth, and a fire pit.
NOTE: Due to the location, you are unable to park next to the pod. However, the car park is only a 2-minute walk from the furthest pod, The Willow. There is no bedding or towels supplied. Guests will need to bring their own, or please speak to reception where bedding and towels can be hired prior to arrival. Wood-fire hot tubs will need to be stoked to bring to temperature for use.

Yes, we do. We have five Luxury Glamping Retreats each with a hot tub. Two Mega Pods include wood-fired hot tubs. The Retreats include dressing gowns for use during your stay.
Luxury Glamping Retreats have their own parking. Bell Tents and the Shepherd’s Hut have an allocated car park area and so do the Mega and Standard Camping Pods.
The Mega Pods include a WC and wash basin only. There are shower and WC pods for the private use of our glamping guests. These are positioned at both the Bell Tents and the woodland Mega Pods. The Luxury Glamping Retreats include shower rooms.
The wood-fire hot tubs will be filled for your arrival. We light the first fire to keep the chimney clear and to begin the heating process. However, the fire will need stoking on arrival to get it fully up to temperature for use. As there are no chemicals added to this style of hot tub, the water needs to be changed depending on length or stay. Hot tub information will be available in your welcome pack, however, if anything is unclear please speak to reception.
We provide bedding and towels in the Luxury Glamping Retreats and Bell Tents.
These are also available for the Mega Pods at an additional cost of £30 a set. Please contact us before your stay at least a week before, to arrange. These can be added when booking. To add to a booking please call us on 01263 768633.
All glamping accommodation sleeps 4 people.
The Luxury Glamping Retreats include a toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave, standard utensils, cutlery, and crockery, salt and pepper, milk, tea, and coffee, basic washing up equipment, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and 2 toilet rolls.
